I LOVE FOOD! But I don’t eat dairy… except for ice cream and the occasional nachos with cheese. Lately I found myself craving lasagna, chilli cheese fries, pesto sauce, spinach dip, etc. All things with dairy. So I decided it’s time to play around with some recipes to prepare some of these delicious items that will be friendly to my stomach. But first, I need to finish remodeling my kitchen so I have a place to cook!
